1. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the Danish Consumer Contracts Act (Forbrugeraftaleloven) and the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods.
2. How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement. You may contact us at:

You may, but are not required to, use the following model withdrawal statement:
"I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract of sale for the following goods: [product name], ordered on [date] / received on [date], consumer name and address."
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
3. Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
4. Returning the Goods
You shall send back the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

5. Condition of Returned Goods
You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. Products must be returned:
- In their original packaging where possible.
- In unused and unopened condition (unless the product was opened solely to inspect it).
- With all accessories and documentation included.
6. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and which have been unsealed after delivery.
- Goods which are, after delivery, inseparably mixed with other items.
As EverydayBloom is a dietary supplement, products that have been opened or have broken seals may not be eligible for return due to health and hygiene considerations.
7. Defective or Damaged Products
Under the Danish Sale of Goods Act (Købeloven), you have a statutory right to claim for defective products for up to 24 months after delivery. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at online@gracefulbrandsto.world with details and, if possible, photographs of the issue.
We will, at our discretion, either replace the product, repair it, or provide a full refund including return shipping costs.
8. Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods and confirming they meet the return conditions. You will be notified by email once the refund has been initiated. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
